Bracket Warranty
Warranty- The Thru & Thru Safety Bracket
is guaranteed for a period of one year to free defects in
materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The Warranty
does not cover damage to the Thru & Thru Safety Bracket
that was caused by improper use.
The Thru & Thru Safety Bracket must be used in accordance
with the operating instructions provided to the Purchaser.
The purchaser shall assume all liability of any kind due to
improper use.The liability of Thru & Thru Safety Systems
Inc. shall be limited to replacing the Thru & Thru Safety
Bracket at no expense to the purchaser in the case of defects
in materials or workmanship.
Warning- Installers of
the Thru & Thru Safety Bracket must be trained in fall
arrest procedures and must be able to understand the instructions
of the installation manual. Purchaser shall ensure that
only a trained and competent person shall install the Thru
& Thru Safety Bracket guardrail system. Purchase shall
ensure that the instruction manual is strictly adhered to.
